About Inge Woudstra
Speaker for Women – Author – Expert on Gender Difference – Gender Diversity Consultant
Inge is the managing director of W2O Consulting & Training and an expert in Gender Smart working. She is the author of ‘Be Gender Smart – The Key to Career Success for Women’. She is a qualified facilitator and tutor, experienced researcher and consultant. She works with organisations to create a gender inclusive culture and process change. She is a valued and inspiring speaker for women, and is regularly asked to deliver training on gender difference for men-only or mixed gender groups. She is passionate about gender diversity and the unique value of women in organisations, and has worked as an Associate for The Art of Work and WISE. Inge has experience as a mentor for the KPMG Star Programme and the Professional Women’s Association.

Inge has designed and delivered change management interventions and tailored executive programmes for a host of international organisations. She has been living and working for the past 12 years in the UK and is originally from the Netherlands.
